Recently, actress Bella Ramsey and Pedro Pascal were caught on tape being vulnerable.
During a “For Your Consideration” event in Los Angeles on Friday, the “Last of Us” co-stars were posing on the red carpet when Ramsey called attention to a particular pose Pedro Pascal was striking for the cameras.
Pascal was seen standing with his left hand on his torso in the Deadline video. Ramsey patted her co-star’s hand then, imitating him, put her palm on her torso, appearing to recognise the unusual stance.
Pascal started to explain why he puts his hand in that location after Ramsey patted it.
He added before taking a long breath, “You know why?” Because my anxiousness is right here, I believe.

When he’s on the red carpet, Pedro Pascal does tend to take this position rather frequently. Photos of the actor reveal he has been doing it for close to 20 years, most recently at the 2023 Met Gala on Monday.
In addition, he will do it when a close friend is around him, such as the actor Sarah Paulson.
A then-unknown Pedro Pascal was captured in a photo beside Paulson in 2005 at the New York City premiere of the play “Absurd Person Singular” and was shown posing in an early rendition of the pose with Paulson’s help.
According to Keith Humphreys, a professor of psychiatry at Stanford University who talked to HuffPost in 2017, Pedro Pascal strategy for managing his anxiety is a smart choice.
“Pay attention to your breathing and place your flat feet on the ground. Even when you don’t feel like smiling, Humphreys said, “smile anyway.” “Tense your muscles for a moment, then release them. Repeat. Many people will discover that when you relax your body, your emotions will follow.
According to Ricks Warren, a clinical associate professor of psychiatry at the University of Michigan, acknowledging your worry is also a positive action. Pedro Pascal appears to be doing this.
“People put themselves down for being anxious,” he said. Accept your anxiousness and take note of it.
