Prince George, the second-in-line to the throne and oldest son of the Prince and Princess of Wales, will play a significant part in his grandpa King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla’s coronation on Saturday, May 6. during least eight lads, all related to the Royal Family either by blood or by affiliation, have been selected to serve as the pages of honour during the upcoming coronation of the King and Queen of the United Kingdom.
At the much anticipated Coronation ceremony, nine-year-old Prince George will make history as the youngest king-to-be to take an official role. The Queen Consort wanted her grandchildren to play important parts at the coronation of her husband. According to British network Sky News, Prince George would arrive at the coronation carrying eight pages for King Charles III. These young men, who range in age from 12 to 15, are close family or personal acquaintances of King Charles.

The Prince of Wales
Prince George, age nine, is a well-known page of honour at King Charles’ convocation. He will be spotted with his 7-year-old sister, Princess Charlotte. George was the youngest member of the Royal Family who attended both the burial and the platinum jubilee events of Queen Elizabeth II while she was still alive. He is also the youngest of the four pages, which also include Ralph Tollemache, 12, Nicholas Barclay, 13, and Lord Oliver Cholmondeley, son of the Marquess of Cholmondeley, 13. He was born in St. Mary’s Hospital in London on July 22, 2013.
Christopher Barclay
13-year-old King Charles’ godchild, Nicholas Barclay, is the son of his second cousin. He is Queen Consort’s close friend as well. The grandson of Sarah Troughton, Lord Lieutenant of Wiltshire, who became the first woman to hold the role with effect from February 2012 and was married to Rose Barclay, is one of Peter Troughton’s three children.

Oliver Cholmondeley, Lord
Lord Oliver Cholmondeley, one of the pages of honour who will be riding with Prince George, is the son of The Most Hon. David George Philip Cholmondeley, The Marquess of Cholmondeley, and Sarah Rose Hanbury. The Prince and Princess of Wales, William and Kate, are good friends with his parents. Alexander, Oliver’s twin who sank the ship, won’t attend the coronation.
Tollemache, Ralph
One of the four Pages of Honour for the King of the UK will be Ralph Tollemache, 12, the grandson of a Suffolk Lord. The young man is the sixth Baron Tollemache’s grandson, Lord Timothy John Edward Tollemache. He will serve with Prince George as a Page of Honour for the coronation.

Louis Lopes and Gus
Gus and Louis, two of the Queen Consort’s grandchildren, will serve as Camilla’s honorary pages for the coronation at Westminster Abbey. Gus is the son of Laura Lopes, a daughter of Camilla, and Harry Lopes. Along with his brother Louis, Gus also has a twin. During the procession down the aisle, the children will be clutching their grandmother’s coronation robes. Freddy Parker Bowles, their 13-year-old cousin, will also serve as one of Camilla’s Pages of Honour.

Bowles, Freddy Parker
The youngest child of magazine editor Sara Buys and cuisine writer Tom Parker Bowles, 13-year-old Bowles is the Queen Consort’s grandson. Buys was quoted as remarking, “It’s very nice getting a text,” regarding her son attending the coronation. Young children teach us things, and we teach them things. That has always been the case, she continued.
King Charles Elliott
The great-nephew of Camilla, Arthur, age 10, will also serve as a page. He is the child of Mary-Clare Winwood, the wife of her nephew Ben Elliot.
