On Friday night, the LA Lakers upset the Phoenix Suns with the help of their supporting cast. Despite participating in the game, LeBron James and Anthony Davis only combined for 30 points on 10-for-31 shooting.
For the Lakers, supporting cast members came up and took up the offensive load. James and Davis are the team’s fourth and fifth-best scorers with 20 or more points thanks to three other players who also contributed.
For Lakers supporters, who are aware of how deadly their team can be when everything is running well, this was a welcome surprise. Even though the Suns were without several of its important players, like as Devin Booker and Kevin Durant, it was still encouraging to see the Lakers’ supporting cast members rise up.
LeBron James and Anthony Davis did not provide much scoring for the LA Lakers, but other players made up for it.
On Friday night, D’Angelo Russell set the scoring pace with 24 points on 9-for-14 shooting. In addition, the point guard made six of his nine 3-point tries, making them.
In addition to Malik Beasley’s 21 points off the bench, Austin Reeves scored 22 points on only 13 shot attempts. It was amazing that these three guys were able to combine for 67 points on 60.9% of their shots.

And they have performed admirably since the All-Star break.
The Lakers started the season 2-10 (13th seed) with Russell Westbrook.
The Lakers since trading Russell Westbrook:
– Have the best record since the All-Star break, at 15-7.
– Currently, the 7th seed (42-39) and have a chance to end 6th.
We're back!

The Big 3 for the Lakers has changed!
On Friday night, LeBron James played one of his worst games ever, scoring 16 points on 6-for-19 shooting. In addition, he made five errors. Because of this, some people do not think he is the best player ever.
The 4-time NBA champion was still +11 despite having subpar statistics, demonstrating his importance to the squad.
On Sunday, the LA Laker will play their last regular-season game against the Utah Jazz. They couldn’t escape the play-in tournament, but if they win it, they can get a home-court advantage.
On Tuesday, LeBron James and his team will compete in their first play-in contest. In the event that they triumph, they will play the Memphis Grizzlies in the postseason. To play the Denver Nuggets in the first round, though, they must win another play-in game if they lose this one.
