Brittish Williams Season 10 of Basketball Wives just ended, and while the show’s future is uncertain, one cast member is presently making headlines. Recently, season 10 character Brittish Williams entered a plea to more than 15 federal offences.
Five counts of misusing a Social Security number, four counts of bank fraud, three counts of lying to the IRS, and three counts of wire fraud are among the accusations against her. The sentencing for her is scheduled for August 23, 2023.
In a news release about the case, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri reported that the Basket ball Wives cast member had acknowledged to lately underreporting her income on tax filings and listing her niece and nephew as dependents in error.
She had already been indicted in October 2021 and dodged more than $29,000 in taxes from 2017 to 2019. According to the press release, this is not the first time she has been in the spotlight.

The reality personality opened accounts, deposited checks, and withdrew funds totaling nearly $23,000 using other people’s social security numbers.
She submitted nine applications for “disaster loans,” which were designed to aid businesses during the pandemic, four for the Paycheck Protections programme, and one for rent relief in California. The allegations included three pandemic frauds and insurance frauds. She allegedly obtained government loans totaling $144,000, according to her plea.

According to a press release from the Eastern District of Missouri U.S. Attorney’s Office, Brittish Williams of the Basket ball Wives received $27,800 in rent assistance, her medical insurance fraud costs totaled $139,000, and she hasn’t filed annual tax returns since her prior indictment in October 2021.
She’ll receive her punishment on August 23. She faces a maximum jail sentence of 30 years for bank fraud, 20 years for wire fraud, and five years for each of the five accusations of misuse of a Social Security number. Additionally, she might be fined up to $3.25 million.
She discussed her time in jail during the previous season of Basketball Wives and described it as a terrifying experience. She continued by saying that she had never anticipated having to cope with it in her life.
She was detained in October 2021 after being accused on 18 fraud-related offences and entered a not guilty plea in front of the U.S. District Court in St. Louis.
Brittish Williams allegedly used fictitious social security numbers in 2017 to get loans, credit lines, and other funds from “financial institutions.” She deposited four $4,500 and $8,500 checks into self-controlled accounts between 2017 and 2019 before anyone realised they were fake.
