Since getting married in 2014, Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union have established themselves as a powerful marriage. The couple has garnered a lot of attention over the years as a power couple and has even shared advertising.
Union said in a Bloomberg Originals interview from last month that she and Wade shared things 50/50. Many were naturally taken aback by the remarks given that Wade made a staggering $198 million from NBA contracts alone.
Wade discussed the circumstance in a recent interview on Club Shay Shay with NFL Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe. He noted that he and his wife each contribute financially to the upkeep of their extended families. But when it comes to their shared lives, they divide everything.

Wade also discussed the prenuptial agreements the two had made, saying that given how hard Union works for her money, he would be happy to sign one as well:
“Let’s suppose I have 20 to 50 obligations and my wife has 20 to 50 responsibilities. When I say that, I’m referring to the fact that she is in charge of many different things, including her father, sisters, and mother. You are aware of what she does. She covers the entire cost. What I do, do you know? I pay my whole life’s worth.
Wade remembered how the two resolved their differences and came to an understanding together regarding the prenup:
I said to her in a similar manner, ‘I’ll sign a prenup too. A millionaire, you are. You have cash. You put a lot of work into yourself.
What did Gabrielle Union have to say about her relationship with Dwyane Wade?
Let’s look at what she stated in light of the fact that fans were perplexed and upset by Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade‘s breakup. The picture is considerably more obvious when glancing at the comments the two made.
Union talked about doing things equally and felt compelled to work hard for her family, including her sisters and parents, as Wade mentioned.
“Saying I’m head of household is strange because everything in this household is split equally. However, it puts this — there’s always like this gorilla on your back that’s like, “You better work!” in the other houses that each of us must support. Better get to work! Someone might skip breakfast if you want to sleep in. And it’s difficult.
I now have greater financial obligations. If a movie doesn’t start, I get anxious: “Will I have enough to keep everyone waiting?”
Fortunately, according to online valuation estimates, Union is worth $40 million, so she has undoubtedly done well for herself.
