Qualification: he hold a graduate degree in law from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India, Provided that he must have continuously practiced law as an advocate for at least three years till the last date fixed for submission of application. Or An exceptional law graduate with excellent academic career in five/ three year course in Law who has passed all the examinations in the first attempt and in any semester/ year without appearing in supplementary examination or without ATKT in case of a candidate belonging to General Category or Other Backward Class. Must have secured at least 70 percent marks in aggregate and in case of reserved category (Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe) candidates, at least 50 percent marks in aggregate.
