Qualification
Senior Research Scientist: Ph.D. (Pursuing/Submitted/Awarded) in Population Studies/Biostatistics & Demography/Mathematics/Statistics OR Masters in Biostatistics & Demography/Biostatistics/Mathematics/Statistics with three years’ experience of working in Maternal and Child Health related research projects. Work experience with R, SAS, STATA software is a must. Candidates should have at least two research papers published in the reputed journal. Experience of analyzing Maternal and Child Health related indicators using DLHS & NFHS data, experience of writing project report/research papers and work on Small Area Estimation related to maternal and child health are required.
Senior Research Officer: Master in Population Studies/ Master degree in Statistics/Bio-statistics & Demography/Health Statistics with one years’ experience of working in Maternal and Child Health; and Small Area Estimation related Research Projects.
Senior Qualitative Researcher: Master degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Population Studies, Biostatistics & Demography, Health Systems, Health Services Management, Health Administration or Similar Subjects. At least five years’ experience engaged with the government health systems in India. Strong familiarity with the structure of the Indian government health systems and rural administrative systems. Fluency in Hindi and English and Strong analytical skills with experience in qualitative data analysis software (e.g., NVivo, Atlas.ti). Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating with government officials. Experience in conducting qualitative focus group discussions and interviews; key informant interviews. Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary research teams, and field studies.
Salary Details
Senior Research Scientist: Rs. 1,25,000/- Per Month
Senior Research Officer: Rs. 60,000/- Per Month
Senior Qualitative Researcher: Rs. 75,000/- Per Month
